Unilateral Landmine posterior chain Variations

The Landmine sleeve is a great tool to add another point of contact to single leg exercises to decrease the demand on balance and stability. It also allows increased weight to be added to the exercise.

This allows a good stepping stone to progress to single leg variations from double leg or split stance variations

Below we can see:

  • Single Leg Landmine Hip Thrust: using a barbell pad to allow more comfortable resting on hip. Rest end of barbell on the working hip and other end in the Landmine sleeve.
