What is PHYSiotherapy?

Physiotherapists are university trained experts in injury diagnosis, injury treatment, exercise prescription, injury prevention, rehabilitation and many other areas of sport and fitness as well as general well-being.

What do i need to bring?

Be prepared to provide your previous medical or surgical history. If you have any scans (MRI, xray, ultrasound CT), please bring them along with you. You may wish to bring shorts and t-shirt to be comfortable during any movements/exercises.

What should i wear to my appointment?

If we are treating your feet you will NOT be asked to undress but if we are treating your spine, you may be asked to change into a gown. A pair of shorts may also be appropriate. If you have long hair a hair tie will be a good idea.

Do i need a referral?

No, physiotherapists can assess and treat without referral by a doctor. If you are unsure, please phone 0432332131 and the kind staff will assist you further.

What can a physio treat?

what do i need to bring for pilates?

For Pilates you’ll need a towel, exercise clothing and shoes that can be easily removed as sessions often done barefoot. If you have any injuries you’d like to let our physiotherapists know please contact us below.
